2 large handfuls ice
125ml (4fl oz) Campari
125ml (4fl oz) pomegranate juice
300ml (1/2pt) prosecco or sparkling wine
1 x 80g pack pomegranate seeds
4 sprigs mint
Divide the ice between the 4 glasses.
Pour equal measures of Campari into each glass, top with pomegranate juice then fill to the top with proseccco.
Stir and garnish each drink with the pomegranate seeds and a mint sprig.
