Foodies, brace yourself - Taste of London is arriving this month and will highlight the food and drink on offer in the capital, providing a limitless combination of culinary trails for guests to follow.
From fine dining to street food favourites, there will be a diverse selection of cuisines to enjoy, including vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options too.
The restaurants involved will serve up delicious dishes, which include some new offerings that are festival exclusives. This includes Michelin starred restaurant Trishna, recently formed Bala Baya Group and authentic Italian eatery Lina Stores.
The five-day festival will also see pop-ups which include Dominque Ansel Bakery and Fuwa Fuwa, the only restaurant where Japanese soufflé pancakes can be purchased.
London favourite, BAO, will also be debuting a Curry Cheese Bao with Fermented Chilli, with Hoppers creating a special 42 Hour Roast Mutton Roti especially for the event. You will also be able to taste Michelin Star cooking for under £10, as Trishna will also be cooking an exclusive Seafood Biryani with Pink Peppercorn Raita.
There will be a number of restaurants visiting the Taste of London Fire Pit, including the critically acclaimed chef Santiago Lastra. Quality Chop House will be making an appearance at the Fire Pit, serving up Dexter Beef with a Smoked Egg Yolk and Ramson Green Sauce.
In addition to the world-class food and drink being served up at Taste of London this June, there will be a number of cooking and cocktail masterclasses and exclusive dining experiences centred around a ‘Wild in the City’ theme, exploring sustainability and championing craftsmanship in London’s food industry.
Taste of London takes place in Regent’s Park from the 19th-23rd June, tickets are now on sale with entry starting at £23 - you can find out more here: https://london.tastefestivals.com/tickets
