Revealing Britain's quickest and longest selling areas, this new tool has made a list of the country's quickest selling postcodes, and you might be surprised to see which areas have come out on top!
Coming in first place, the quickest selling postcode in the UK is Sheffield (S11). Averaging a sale time of just 11 days, this area is a hot spot for speedy buyers.

3. L26, Liverpool (15 days)
4. B25, Birmingham (17 days)
5. L14, Liverpool (23 days)
The tool also reveals which areas have the longest property selling time, and if you're looking to sell in the B13 Birmingham postcode, then you could be in for a long wait. According to Thomas Sanderson, the B13 postcode has an average selling time of 761 days!
