Lidl to sell 100 roses for just £25 this Valentine's Day!

Posted 1st February

Budget supermarket giant, Lidl, has slashed those Valentine's Day bouquet prices with its latest bunch…

Launching on 12th February, Lidl has announced it will be selling a whopping 100 red roses for just £25!

With the average bunch costing well over £50, this is a huge discount on what could be the ideal present for your other half this Valentine's Day.

No need to worry about quality either, because Lidl was voted Fresh Flower Supermarket of the Year 2018 at the Retail Industry Awards.

According to floriography (the language and meaning of flowers), the red rose is said to be an expression of passionate or true love, while pink roses signify feelings of warm affection and yellow roses are associated with joy, friendship and new beginnings, i.e the friend zone! So you know this big bunch of rouge blooms is going to be a winner!

You'll have to be quick though, as these buds are only around for a limited time, so make sure you're ready for the big launch on Tuesday, 12th February 2019 in Lidl stores around the UK!
