How to make a Christmas tube tree

This mini tree is great for making with the kids

To create this fun little Advent, you’ll need to collect 25 toilet roll tubes, making sure that they are all of the same size. Cover each in a 50/50 mixture of PVA glue and water and then wrap them in Decopatch paper. Before you cover both ends up, make sure to pop a little sweet inside. While you leave them to dry, create labels for each tube – we cut circles from scrapbooking paper, then used a stamp set to number each from 1 - 25. Glue the dried tubes into a Christmas tree shape, then stick the labels to the front of each to finish. To open and get a gift, simply poke the front of the tube to rip the paper and reveal the sweets inside!
