Other research indicates that the medium-firm “perfect” mattress researchers once viewed as the best option for quality sleep is wrong, and that the best mattresses for deep, high quality sleep should be both supportive and comfortable. When choosing a mattress, it’s best to focus on balance. Your mattress should be as comfortable as possible to make falling and staying asleep simple, while offering an excellent level of support to keep your spine and shoulders healthy.
What are the health effects of choosing a bad mattress?
Do you struggle to find a comfortable sleeping position? Just like slouching for eight hours a day affects your back, sleeping in an unnatural position can have a serious negative effect on your spinal health.
