Pickled Quail’s Egg Martini

Serves: 1

You will need

50ml Gin Mare (use the 50ml cap as a handy measure)
10ml dry vermouth (Martini or Cinzano)
1 pickled quail’s egg



Directions

Stir the gin and vermouth over ice and strain into a martini glass.

Garnish with a pickled quail’s egg on a cocktail stick.
